ProPath Consulting was founded in 2014 by a group of seasoned professionals who saw a critical gap in Uganda's coaching and consulting landscape. While international firms were available, they rarely understood the unique cultural, economic, and social dynamics that shape how professionals grow here.
We set out to create something different: a consultancy that combines the rigour and methodology of global coaching standards with a deep, authentic understanding of the East African professional environment.
Over the past twelve years, we have coached more than 500 individuals — from fresh graduates to C-suite executives — and partnered with over 50 organisations across Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda. Our work has touched every sector: banking, healthcare, government, NGOs, and entrepreneurship.
